Kabar, a building technology company, is completing comprehensive adaptation works for a leading company in the drugstore and cosmetics sector at a logistics park in Stargard. The investment includes a complete refurbishment of the warehouse installation systems and the construction of new office facilities.
The adaptation of the facility located at 10a Metalowa Street in Stargard covered nearly 4,000 sqm in total, with the majority comprising warehouse and production space, and 275 sqm dedicated to office and welfare facilities. A key element of the project was the complete construction of a new office and welfare building together with supporting infrastructure, while maintaining the existing structural integrity of the hall. The works focused on creating the office area and modernising and optimising the existing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and low-voltage systems.
“Carrying out works in an operational logistics facility required precise coordination and careful planning. We focused on optimising the existing technical infrastructure rather than building completely new systems, which not only reduced material consumption but also supported our sustainable development strategy,” says Artur Hiszpański, President of the Kabar Group.

The office areas were equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting combined with emergency lighting systems and dedicated electric heating systems. Modern mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation ensures appropriate air exchange parameters. The works were completed with the installation of new window systems and the construction of a canopy above the loading ramp.
