Zero-emission heating for warehouses and industrial facilities

We use flameless catalytic oxidation technology, providing an ideal solution for meeting ESG requirements in the commercial real estate and logistics sectors.

  • Applications: warehouses, logistics centres, retail facilities, and industrial processes requiring temperatures of up to 300°C.

By maintaining the hydrogen concentration below 3%, the technology ensures a high level of operational safety without the need for strict ATEX hazardous-area zoning.

Maximum efficiency is achieved by combining hydrogen heaters with heat pumps. Hydrogen covers peak heating demand, eliminating the need to oversize the electrical infrastructure and reducing contracted power costs.

Performance and technical specifications

KABAR H2 solutions are based on proven HYTING heating units that combine compact dimensions with exceptional scalability.

  • Available outputs: 10 kW and 50 kW per unit.

  • Modular architecture: multiple units can be combined into larger systems to match the specific heating requirements of any building or industrial process.

  • High efficiency: the system generates 37.4 kWh of thermal energy from 1 kg of hydrogen through direct air heating without intermediate heat exchangers.

  • Zero harmful emissions: 0% CO₂, 0% nitrogen oxides (NOx), 0% carbon monoxide (CO), and 0% particulate matter. Water vapour is the only by-product.
