The KABAR MEP division (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is the engineering core of the KABAR Group. We design, implement, and maintain installation systems that determine the functionality, safety, and intelligence of modern facilities. We provide support at every stage of the investment process – from the initial design concept and technical consultancy, through the selection of the most suitable solutions and their implementation, to specialist technical maintenance.

Mechanical installations and HVAC

We design and implement systems responsible for air treatment, maintaining required parameters, and supporting technological processes.

  • Ventilation and air conditioning: supply and exhaust ventilation systems with heat recovery (recuperation), VRF/VRV systems, and chilled water systems (chillers).

  • Heating systems: gas boiler rooms, heat pumps, heating substations, and underfloor and air heating systems.

  • Technical maintenance: scheduled inspections, performance measurements, and major repairs of cooling and heating equipment.

Plumbing and fire protection systems

  • Water and sewage systems: internal and external installations, domestic water supply systems, sanitary and stormwater drainage systems, greywater and rainwater recovery and management systems.

  • Fire protection: sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, and gas suppression systems for specialised areas.

  • Water technology: water treatment plants and separation systems for industrial facilities and food production.

Electrical power installations

Construction of power supply infrastructure and internal medium- and low-voltage distribution networks.

  • LV and MV networks: installation of main switchboards, construction of transformer stations, and cable routing systems.

  • Technological power supply: installation of high-power busbars, power supply for production lines, and industrial machinery.

  • Lighting: comprehensive basic, emergency, and evacuation lighting systems using LED technology.

Low-voltage systems (ELV)

Telecommunications systems providing property protection, fire safety, and efficient communication.

  • Building security: Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV).

  • Communication and data: structured cabling (LAN/WLAN), fibre optic networks, and public address and voice alarm systems (PA/VA).

Building automation and energy management (BMS)

Integration of all MEP systems within a central control platform.

  • BMS platform: proprietary and open systems integrating mechanical and electrical installations (BACnet, Modbus, KNX).

  • Utilities optimization: intelligent lighting control (DALI) and HVAC performance regulation based on actual demand.

  • Integration with ESG reporting systems.

  • Photovoltaics (PV): design and installation of rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems.

  • Fit-outs

Execution of fit-out projects in existing buildings, including office developments, technological facilities, partitioning, cold rooms, and other specialised spaces – from obtaining the necessary administrative approvals, through construction and official inspections, to post-warranty service and support.
